Study file

Every export carries the active route type and junction. The DXF pack holds Detail 1 (1:10) with its connection schedule, the typical section (1:50), a 3D centreline, cut templates for every bend, a schedule CSV and the A3 report.

Compare connection types

First fitting option of each type on this junction. Click a row to switch; the engineer decides against the design requirements.

Post-tension cables

No cables by default. Load the FBX tendons or add your own. Tab or Enter applies a value and moves to the next cell (Shift goes back). “Level at” says whether the elevations you type are the duct centre line, top or bottom. Cables that are on are drawn in Detail 1 and the Typical section with their clearance.

Clearance is the 3D gap between each duct surface and the outside of the route (coupler, pipes, EF coupler, four-way), updated live. Coordinates follow the gully SOP and the model rotation; edits are saved with the section.

Setting-out points

SOP list · every gully at once

The table keeps the sheet's own values; edit any cell and press Enter to move down. The current settings (route, junction, coupler, pipe) are the template for every row unless the connection-type column says otherwise. Export SOP list writes the same cells back (blue header) and continues with the pipe results in the yellow columns; Export all (Output) adds the same sheet to the workbook.

Gully connection tool

Parts and dimensions come from the Revit families (ACIS exports). The deck and section come from the FBX and DXF, aligned on the gully spigot axis.

Enter the two setting-out points in Properties, choose the connection type on the Home tab, and the tool returns the straights, the bends, coordinates and cut templates. Output lives on the Output tab.

Connection types: straight drop, single mitre (fabricated or the standard 45°/30° two-piece parts), double mitre, S-offset, and the pipe end type (Gully_90-160-90 families) whose two swept bends belong to the gully family and whose pipe end enters the end of the carrier pipe.

The master file (Explorer › Master) keeps every section, study and preset in one JSON that is rewritten after each change. Export all (Output) writes every section's report, 3D view, drawings and an Excel workbook in one zip.
